The procedure is quite similar, but the recommended Java Version is 6 -
Java 5 is a minimum - SLES10 standard version is 1.4, so you have to
find current packages. You maybe have to adjust the init scripts as
well.
I would be glad, if you try it and give us feedback on that.

That would definitely be a bigger operation and needs quite a lot of
resources in hardware and planning. This is beyond the scope of this
mailing list, so get in contact with us, if you need professional
support.
